Foam
Leather set: Blue foam is used - density 2 1/4 lbs. Compression approximately 30 lbs. Softest foam
but a very high quality.
Fabric Set: White foam, density 1 3/4 lbs, compression approximately 30 lbs.
Sewing
Seams of 1/2 - Wide enough that is has strength to hold all fabrics. We use 2 thread: Nylon and Cotton in all different colours to match our different fabrics. Zippers have steel teeth. Sliders are made of aluminium.
